I travel around London to bring yoga to you, at a time that works for you.
Your personalised yoga programme takes place in the comfort of your home and draws on poses, breath-work and meditation specific to your needs.
Over the years I’ve worked with lawyers, psychotherapists, TV executives and retirees. And as a yoga entrepreneur, I particularly love to support social innovators, creatives, the self-employed and purpose-driven business owners with heart and soul.
Most of the people I work with are curious about returning to their bodies, quieting the mind and returning to a place of stillness within.
More than anything, I love to work with people on managing stress and anxiety and those who are new to yoga or skeptical about the benefits of the practice, as this is where the greatest potential for transformation lies.

Perfect for those with a busy schedule, who are travelling for work, or who wish to receive support throughout the month without leaving home.
60 minute sessions run in packs of 10, with the option of using those 10 sessions 1-3 times per week.
