I am an LA-based yoga and meditation teacher from London.
Before completing my 200hr AYT-certified yoga teacher training with Sivananda Bahamas I was a hard-working chef and restaurant owner. I came to yoga through the practice of meditation at a time of deep grief and high stress and found the process of sinking into the body through mindful awareness and breath control to be deeply healing. Both practices have taken me on a journey of profound change and richly rewarding insight and I'm happy to be able to share what I've learned with private clients and groups alike.
It is my belief that the body knows how to heal itself if only we make space to lay down and connect with our inner wisdom.
